Pat and chef Mark Franz, of Stars restaurant fame, opened Farallon near San Francisco’s Union Square.
Drawing on their mutual love of the ocean, Pat designed a whimsical and seductive undersea
fantasy to match Franz’s inspired “Coastal Cuisine.”
