Take 101 North to the 80 Bay Bridge; take the 4th Street exit.
Cross 4th Street. Stay in the 2 left-hand lanes.
Turn left on to 3rd Street and then right on to Mission Street.
Stay on Mission Street until you reach Steuart Street.
Boulevard is located on the corner of Mission and Steuart Streets.
