Peter Gisslow

Peter Gisslow is a Bay Area native from Oakland, California. He completed his academic education at San Diego State University majoring in Psychology and Spanish. He has spent his entire professional career in food service in the San Francisco Bay Area, joining Boulevard in 1998. His goal each day is to support Chef Nancy Oakesby ensuring that the front of the house service is equally capable as the kitchen to complete and complement the dining experience.
