Chef de Cuisine
Tim Quaintance, an Ohio native who grew up in Westlake Village, California, studied at California Culinary Academy before working at Eco Restaurant in San Francisco under the direction of Chef Haas Zare. In 1995, Tim began his career at Boulevard. His management philosophy of treating everyone as an individual has earned him respect and credibility among his coworkers. Tim is currently Chef de Cuisine during lunch service at Boulevard Restaurant in San Francisco.
He is the loving husband to Anne and father to daughter Paige and dog T-Bone.
